Engage or divest? The carbon debate

The call for global policy makers to take action on climate change is large and growing, and next week Paris will host the 21st Conference of the Parties. This is an annual meeting of all countries which want to take action for the climate. The upcoming conference will seek to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate change.
